Switchfin dependency for BR4 Appliance

Hi Guys,

Today I have compiled Switchfin for BR4 Appliance on a new CentOS box.
I remember few people was struggling with Switchfin dependencies in the past so decided to share mine. 

Additionally to the dependencies described in IP0x section I had to install flex.
So the yum line become

yum install binutils install gcc glibc-devel ncurses ncurses-devel zlib texinfo glibc-devel glibc-static lzo lzo-devel coreutils newt newt-devel  zlib-devel lzo2 lzo2-devel flex

Great work all thanks :-),

I have compiled Switchfin for BR4 Appliance and IP02 on a CentOS 5.5 box (i386)
works fine with

yum install binutils install gcc glibc-devel ncurses ncurses-devel zlib texinfo glibc-devel glibc-static lzo lzo-devel coreutils newt newt-devel  zlib-devel lzo2 lzo2-devel flex

and i have update md5sum from coreutils-8.5 source
