Setup Fax for IP02

hi.
i'm in dire need of faxing capabilty (send, receive) in IP02 device.
i've read all topics in this forum and related sites, e.g:

but nowhere has anyone explained how to setup attrafax in a preconfigured (asterisk compiled) IP02.

can some one plz guide me how to setup attrafax (or any other faxing app) in IP02 device?

Hi vbearn,

Attrafax was tested on the old Linux kernel in Switchfin.
To test it I would advice that you compile Switchfin r351 and enable the Attrafax in the menuconfig.

thank you for your reply.

i assume there isn't a precompiled framework which i can just upgrade my device into.
okay, no problem, i'm just a little new to switch fin kernel
(to tell the truth, i'm new to every linux kernel compilation) and i haven't compiled it yet, but i will learn how to do it and try again.

a question though,
Is attrafax capable of sending and receiving faxes (like Hylafax in Elastix) and does it have a fax viewer (gui) for inbound faxes?
