Re: possible to remote upgrade an image on ip02?You can use scp to copy uImage-md5 to /persistent/imageupdate/uImage. Note the filename change! It will apply the image on the next reboot. It might also be a good idea to do "touch /persistent/imageupdate/.clear_persistent", especially if there aren't any settings that you need to keep. |

Re: possible to remote upgrade an image on ip02? Thanks that is helpful. I would need to preserve the settings actually since I am going to be remote and would not be able to access the unit if lost ability to ssh into it. I have remote access to the WAN router so I would be able to see what IP the IP02 is using and possibly modify port forwards if needed.
