How to Load u-boot in the hardware?

If you need to load the u-boot for the first time the only option is JTAG programmer.
We recommend icebear programmer which you can take from http://www.section5.ch/icebear
You need to load u-boot.ldr file in the image directory as it is described in the compilation section of this FAQ
After you load the uboot and restart your target you need to see something like this on your serial console:
