Voice recording features can now be found in the outbound calling rules of the GUI 4.0 make sure you reset your configs after flashing your device. All recordings will be stored in /persistent/sounds/monitor using the GSM codec.

Spy mode has also been added and can be accessed by dialling *779 or *SPY using 1942 followed by the # for the password then the extension you wish to listen to followed by the #

Settings/Recording manager will be implemented into the GUI 4.0 soon.
